Yogatone with Christine: Want to add a little bit of strength training to your yoga routine. I suggest using light hand weights- I use 3 pound hand weights. We will hold yoga poses a little bit longer-while breathing through the pose. This is a great way to tone your body or gain body strength. You will notice results and love them!
