Hi, I'm Samantha Roman! I am the owner of UMF and I couldn't be more excited to bring dance to Clark County. My daughter has been dancing since she was 2 and I have seen the gift dancing can bring to children and teens! Dance brought my daughter so much confidence in herself, built discipline,  Through her I have been inspired to create an atmosphere where children can be inspired through uplifting, fun and safe practices! I plan to make a point of emphasis on making dancers feel welcome no matter their size, shape or color. We really will focus on kids feeling comfortable in their own skin.

  • I am EXTREMELY passionate and proud that we are the only studio within a 2 hour radius that allow students to wear their natural skin color tights and shoes.

Experience

  • Managed UMF from 2020-2023 before become owner.
  • I've been selling Mary-Kay cosmetics for 12 years, so I am very familiar with sales and marketing.
  • I used to work at Appletree daycare where I thrived on working with kids!
