Initial Dress Code Items MUST be ordered through the studio. Upon registration, you will need to complete a dress code order form.  Then, a dress code fee will be placed on your account. Shoes must be ordered on your own via our studio store at Discount Dance Supply. Please do not purchase dress code items elsewhere so we may maintain consistency and professional appearance within each of our classes.
