Dance instructor

My name is Jessica Wozniak and I reside in Colby Wisconsin with my family. I am a school counselor and love working with kids. In our downtime, my family loves to go kayaking, grilling, hiking, biking, and for walks with our pups. We look forward to visiting family in Wyoming and enjoy visiting the mountains. I started dancing when I was three years old. I continued dancing through college until I was 23 years old. I taught ballet, jazz, and contemporary for 7 years. I have an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training. I worked as an Athletic Trainer for about 2.5 years before I started my master's in School Counseling. I have great knowledge about body and injury prevention but also mental health and how to keep you safe and healthy physically and mentally. 

My favorite part about dance is how each person can make it unique to themselves. Nobody dances just alike and it's a sport where you can dance your heart out. 

A word that would describe me is "caring." I care about all the students I work with, I care about my family, friends, and animals. I am looking forward to working with the dancers at Uplifting Movement Factory.
